I am thankful, I had a choice when - was a kid. The drugs today are being used on the children and they should be out lawed use on children period. Laws will be made to reflect the uses. Children just need love and support. When they are angry and upset an start breaking things they are crying out for help. So called foster parent dope them instead of talking with the child. Foster care agencies need to be formed...Casey Foundation shoul be contacted and made aware of these prison like atrocities to our children, who of no fault of there own are raised by parents who have problems.
