    Problems do not go away:
Bring our bodies into balance, let go of addictions and manage everyday living.
They must be worked through or else remain, forever a barrier to the growth and development of the human spirit -An identity must be establised
To know the world we must not only examine, we must simultaneausly examine the examiner .The life and wisdom must be a life of conteplation combined with action.Open people are continually growing though thier openness they maintain intimate relationships far more effectively than closed people.
And ulitmately they find that the energy required for the self discipline of honesty is far less than the energy requred for secretiveness .By their openess, people dedicated to the truth live in the open ,and through the exercise of thier courage to live in the open, they become free from fear
Neurosis and Character disorder by casting away their responsibility they may feel confortable with themselves, but they have ceased to solve the problems of living, have ceased to grow spiritually, and have become dead weight for society.
Balancing:to be organised and efficient to live wisely we must daily delay gratification and keep an eye on the future yet to live joyously. To free ourselves of addictive patterns ,we need alternative ways of working with feelings, urges and cravings.Mindfulness can help by using our awareness to watch and stay present to what ever addictive desires and difficult emotions we weaken the drive to react impulsively. We all experience strong feeling and cravings to act in ways that are harmful -but the more we practice we can begin to rewire our brains away from addiction. If your goal is to avoid pain escape suffering.I would not advice you to seek higher levels of consciousness of spiritual evolution.Best wishes N Kelly
